This blog was born out of an already-existing love for reading food blogs and a desire to let myself be a little more challenged and inspired. I am a 20-something pescetarian who is trained in French patisserie (courtesy of Le Cordon Bleu, 2012-13), currently working in a small, North London artisan deli and whose life and dreams revolve around food (much to the dismay of the part of me that also strives for ultimate fitness). I hope that this blog is not only accessible and achieves the fine balance between sharing indulgent and fresh and healthy foods, but that it is somewhat a pleasure to read.
